Whitelisting the Outdoor Shoot Packlist

I’ve been working to catalogue many of the things that I do on a regular basis so I can be consistent with how I pack and operate my business. For yesterday’s pack, I recorded a voicememo walking myself through all the things I am taking and then converted to text and had Chat GPT provide a summary for me. This particular shoot was focused on footwear but the list will not change significantly for other products. I am always efforting to bring things I need without weighing my art down! It is a constant effort between preparing and being flexible to chase interesting images based on what the environment and models are already giving us. I also keep all of my items in one place in the house (on the first floor) so I am incentivized to put it back in the same place every time and I can also see when something is being left behind. This is a sort of whitelist approach to packing where I am more selecting what I am not taking than what I am taking. It will probably still take some time to finally relax on my drive to a photoshoot location without racking my brain for things I might have forgotten!
